ABOUT ME
Alex Pletikapich (he/him/his) is a New York City based actor, singer and dancer. He recently graduated from Marymount Manhattan College, receiving his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre.
Growing up just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio, Alex played soccer all year round, though it wasn’t until early high school where his connection to performing began. From there, he began his collegiate training in the Musical Theatre program at Northern Kentucky University, before transferring to Marymount for his following three years.
Since then, he has worked regionally, and began choreographing. He has taught classes/masterclasses in New York City at Marymount, Grandstreet Theatre School (Helena, MT) GhostLight Stage Company (Cincinnati, OH) and the MadCap Education Center (Cincinnati, OH). He is currently on substitute faculty at Broadway Dancer Center Children’s and Teens. Most recently, his choreography was found at Marymount in A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Beyond all of this, Alex’s most natural state is when he is watching Southern Charm, RuPaul’s Drag Race Dance Moms, cycling, listening to Allen Stone, or at P.S. Kitchen having chicken caesar wrap and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc.
